Kerry Shronts, President of Blackstone Homes, created his company to
fulfill a long term interest in residential building and design. Prior to
creating Blackstone Homes, he enjoyed a successful career in the
financial services and banking industries with roles in marketing, sales,
product development, and corporate strategy. During his corporate
career, Kerry spent time in a unique strategy, innovation, and design
incubator with a major multi-national banking organization. It was this
creative influence that lead him to establish his residential custom
home building company.

“When I began to establish a concept and business plan for Blackstone
Homes, it was essentially an effort to create and see tangible results
at the end of each day. In the large corporate environment, you begin
efforts on projects either major or minor, and may never get to the end
result because of directional changes or budget constraints. With
Blackstone Homes, I can create a product that provides a high level of
customer satisfaction, while at the same time offering the potential for
a long term customer relationship. Having traveled nationally for more
than 19 years, I am enjoying the chance to re-connect with our local
